Pay for the modules you enable

The price is made up of the set of modules, their modes and the number of users. Adding a module does not require moving data.

Modules one by one

You can also build the setup yourself: each module is purchased separately, and the mode is chosen for each module. A3.ID checks dependencies at purchase.

Subscription questions

Can I buy production without the warehouse?

No. Production reserves and writes off materials, so the warehouse is a required module. The check is performed by A3.ID at purchase, not only in the cluster interface.

What happens if a required module is not renewed?

Dependent modules switch to read-only and show a notification. Access to data is not lost, and documents stay in place.

Is switching the mode a data migration?

No. The mode is the depth of accounting: Mode 1 is enough for trading and simple assembly, Mode 2 adds batches, cells and processing stages. Both use the same tables, and in the basic mode the dimensions are collapsed to default values. Moving up is always allowed, moving down only when there is no Mode 2 data.

How is the price calculated for several legal entities?

Accounting is kept by organization, and each organization is billed separately. The item catalog can be shared at the domain level, while balances stay by organization.

Do I need A3.Accounting?

It is not required. The cluster works through an accounting provider abstraction: events go to A3.Accounting, to an external system, or accumulate for later export.

Is an on-premises installation available?

The main offering is cloud-based. Hosting on the customer’s infrastructure is discussed separately, together with licensing and update terms.
