Maintenance
Maintenance keeps the technical attributes of equipment: operating time, condition, schedules and repair history. The financial side stays with accounting: the same equipment is two projections of one object, not two cards.

What is included?
- Equipment card: inventory number, five statuses, operating time in engine hours, cycles or kilometers
- Link to a production work center and to the fixed asset in accounting
- Schedule by calendar, by operating time or by whichever comes first
- Maintenance request: planned, unplanned, emergency
- Write-off of spare parts from the warehouse and labor tracking
- Six reports: maintenance calendar, downtime, failure rate, cost of ownership, schedule compliance

Frequently asked questions
Can I buy maintenance without production?
Yes. Maintenance does not depend on other modules. The link to work centers and planning appears when production is connected.
How does a scheduled repair affect the plan?
The equipment unavailability period goes to planning and reduces the available time of the work center in the capacity calculation.
