Integrations
The cluster does not duplicate other systems’ catalogs: accounting, contracts, signing and checks stay in their own systems. For each link it is clear what is sent, in which direction and where it is enabled.
- 1C From the cluster
- What is sent
- Posted stock documents, output and cost for financial accounting.
- How to connect
- Settings, the “Integrations” section: the 1C HTTP service or file exchange through a folder on the server or SFTP. The connection test button shows the result right away.
- A3.Accounting Both ways
- What is sent
- Journal entries for cluster documents go to accounting, period overheads come into the cost calculation, and equipment is linked to its fixed asset.
- How to connect
- The accounting provider is chosen once per organization. Overheads are enabled with the “Take overheads from A3.Accounting” checkbox in the cost calculation.
- A3.EDM From the cluster
- What is sent
- Waybills, acts and purchase orders for signing with an electronic signature and exchange with the counterparty.
- How to connect
- The EDM provider is chosen per organization and applies in all ecosystem products.
- A3.Trust Into the cluster
- What is sent
- The counterparty check result in the supplier card.
- How to connect
- The check is enabled in the integration settings. A separate setting can block placing a purchase order with a supplier that failed the check.
- A3.Lawyer Both ways
- What is sent
- The supplier contract in the order and the counterparty card, and a claim for a discrepancy from the receipt.
- How to connect
- The “Raise a claim” button in a receipt with a discrepancy creates a claim that references the document.
- A3.Sales Into the cluster
- What is sent
- Customer orders and their reservations, and changes to the quantity available for sale.
- How to connect
- The link is enabled per organization, and customer orders become a source of reservations and of demand in planning.
- A3.HR From the cluster
- What is sent
- Work done by each performer with labor hours for piece-rate pay.
- How to connect
- Work done is recorded when output is registered and sent as an event.
- A3.Drive Both ways
- What is sent
- Attachments to items, documents, equipment and purchase orders.
- How to connect
- Works without setup: files are stored in the organization’s A3.Drive.
For your own systems
Everything the interface does is available through the API. External systems subscribe to events with webhooks and do not poll the cluster on a timer.
- Organization API keys with a request log
- Webhooks for nine events signed with a secret
- Outgoing event log and manual delivery retry
- A list of allowed internal addresses for calls
Works together with
- A3.AccountingJournal entries for stock documents and output, overheads in cost, and the link between equipment and its fixed asset.
- A3.TrustA new supplier is checked before the order is placed: if the check fails, the order can be blocked.
- A3.EDMWaybills, acts and purchase orders are signed with an electronic signature, with no printing or scanning.
- A3.LawyerThe supplier contract in the order and a claim for a receipt discrepancy in one step.
Shall we connect it to your accounting?
Tell us where your accounting and signing are done now. We will show which links are enabled right away and which are set up during implementation.
