Five countries in one architecture
Differences between jurisdictions are covered by templates, settings and providers. There is no separate build of the product for a country.
Language and print forms
The organization’s country defines the set of print forms and the default language. Catalog names are localized into all six languages.

| Country | Default language | Print forms |
|---|---|---|
| Kazakhstan | Қазақша, Русский | Waybills, write-off acts, inventory sheets |
| Kyrgyzstan | Кыргызча, Русский | Waybills, requirement waybills, purchase orders |
| Uzbekistan | Oʻzbekcha, Русский | Waybills, acts, inventory sheets |
| Mongolia | Монгол | Waybills, write-off acts, production orders |
| Russia | Русский | Waybills, requirement waybills, acts, inventory sheets |
Accounting connects through a provider
The cluster contains no conditional logic of the kind “if external accounting, then do it differently”. It works with the accounting provider interface, and the implementation is chosen at the organization level.
A3.Accounting
Native transfer of journal entries, overheads and links to fixed assets
External system
Export in an exchange format or a call to the customer’s accounting system API
Accounting not connected
Events accumulate and stay available for later export
Electronic document management
Waybills, acts and orders are signed through an EDM provider. The provider is chosen once per organization and applies in all ecosystem products.
- A3.EDM with built-in roaming between operators
- Connectors to external document exchange operators
- Fallback option: signing with scanned copies
Product marking
Marking systems are national and differ from each other, so marking is built as an extension point, not as a core feature. The lack of a provider for a country does not block the warehouse.
- The “marking required” attribute and the product group on the item
- Marking codes are stored at the serial number level
- Code verification, introduction into and withdrawal from circulation, transfer on shipment
- Providers are connected as the ecosystem enters its markets

Numbers, time and currencies
- Dates and numbers are shown in the format of the organization’s country
- Time is stored in UTC and shown in the organization’s time zone
- The exchange rate is fixed in the document as of the operation date
- Rounding rules for quantity and amount are set per organization
This section describes product settings, not the legal requirements of a specific country. Check the list of mandatory forms with your accountant.
