Planning
Planning answers the question of what to start and when. In the basic form it is safety stock and a reorder point, in the full form it is an MRP run with BOM explosion and a check of work center load.

What is included?
- Production plan with statuses and requirement lines
- Safety stock and reorder point per item
- Requirements with a source and a coverage status
- Background calculation with real-time progress and the option to cancel
- Comparison with the previous run: what appeared, what disappeared, what changed

Frequently asked questions
What is needed for planning?
The production module: the plan relies on bills of materials and production orders. The warehouse is connected together with production as its required module.
Does a run create documents on its own?
A run produces recommendations. A production order or a purchase order is created on confirmation, one recommendation at a time or in a batch.
