Transfers between legal entities
Each legal entity keeps its own balances, but the item catalog can be shared across the domain. A transfer creates an issue at the sender and a receipt at the recipient in one operation, and the recipient confirms the receipt itself.

What is included?
- A linked pair: goods issue and goods receipt
- An explicit transfer price between organizations
- Receipt on the recipient side, including partial receipt
- Transfer through a transit warehouse
- A shared domain-level item catalog as an option

Frequently asked questions
Can one legal entity see another’s balances?
No. Balances and documents always belong to an organization. Only the item catalog can be shared.
What if the recipient did not accept everything?
The recipient accepts the actual quantity, and the discrepancy stays in transit, visible to both sides.
