Inventory count without stopping work
An inventory count fixes a cutoff moment, and movements after it are recorded separately. So the warehouse does not close for a counting day, and discrepancies are calculated fairly, without manual backdated corrections.

What is included?
- Scope: whole warehouse, zone, item group or cell
- Blind count: the storekeeper does not see the book quantity
- Time-based cutoff that accounts for movements after it
- Missorting offset between lines
- On approval, surplus posting, write-off and missorting documents are created
- Inventory count discrepancy report

Frequently asked questions
Do shipments have to stop?
No. Movements after the cutoff moment are recorded separately and do not distort the count result.
Can I count with a phone?
Yes. The terminal’s “Stocktaking” mode works on a phone with a camera and without a connection, and operations go to the server when the network is back.
