Stock documents
Every movement of goods is recorded with a document and posted once. A mistake is corrected by cancelling the posting: the system writes a reversal that references the original movements, so the balance history is never lost.
What is included?
- Goods receipt and goods issue, stock transfer, surplus posting, write-off
- Issue to production, return from production, return to supplier and customer return
- Assembly, disassembly and missorting in Mode 2
- Statuses: draft, pending approval, rejected, posted, cancelled
- Batch posting and approval of selected documents
- Pasting lines from Excel by article, copying a document and its lines, bulk cell editing

Frequently asked questions
Can a posted document be corrected?
A posted document cannot be edited. Cancelling the posting writes reversal movements, after which the document is edited and posted again. The journal keeps both records.
Do lines have to be entered manually?
No. Lines are pasted from the clipboard in Excel format: article, quantity and price. A document can also be copied as a whole.
Who approves a write-off?
A write-off over the role limit is sent for approval. A user with the approval right approves it, and the limits are set in the settings.
