Additional costs
A delivery invoice often arrives later than the goods. The additional cost is allocated to receipts by the chosen base, and if the goods have already been written off, the system adjusts the cost of goods sold.
What is included?
- Transport, duties, insurance and other costs
- Allocation base: value, quantity, weight or volume
- Allocation to one or several receipts
- Cost adjustment for goods already written off
- Import purchasing in foreign currency

Frequently asked questions
What if the goods have already been sold?
The cost is allocated to the remaining stock and to what was written off. A cost adjustment is created for the written-off part.
Is Mode 2 required?
Yes. Additional costs belong to Mode 2 of purchasing.
