Frequently asked questions
What happens when a receipt is posted?
A goods receipt is created, the goods appear in the warehouse, and the order gets the “Partially received” or “Received” status.
Can defective goods be accepted for safekeeping?
Yes. The “accept for safekeeping” decision keeps the goods in a safekeeping warehouse without adding them to your own balance.
