Period close and audit log
Before a period is closed, the system shows what stands in the way: unposted documents, open production orders and other obstacles. The audit log is immutable and cannot be deleted by anyone, including the administrator.

Frequently asked questions
Who can reopen a closed period?
A user with the approve permission in the accounting periods area. Reopening requires a reason and starts a recalculation.
Can a log record be deleted?
No. The audit log is append-only.
